The executor board Completion mandatory letter of Mr. Soekarno was a body worker who has a goal to accomplish or realize the mandate given by Mr. Soekarno in the welfare of Indonesian people in particular and the equitable development of Indonesia in general.
The executor board was created not as a rival of Indonesia Government there but instead helps the government programs in all sectors of the Nation and state development. The implementing agency was created as well as to provide clear and accurate information of the existence of the treasure of Indonesian people who are saved by Mr. Soekarno, who was or is stored outside the country. Treasure of the Indonesian people who are saved by Mr. Soekarno include savings that are stored in some foreign bank in the form of Certificates of Deposits, Certificates of Bank guarantee, Certificates of gold and also Certificates of platinum.
The above certificate number so large that they can provide welfare and prosperity for all Indonesian people. Some of the certificates mentioned above have been used / borrowed by various foreign countries in terms of lifting the level of economic welfare of the country, including printing money pledged as collateral for loans or as collateral on its foreign debt. Loan or the use of the certificate has been recorded and listed in the Global agreement are: Yunan agreement, Green Hilton-Garuda memorial agreement, etc. But not a few foreign countries that use the certificates without knowing all of us.
Duties of the executor board established is to realize the withdrawal certificate to the above certificate for the welfare for all Indonesian people, as well as to rearrange or take stock certificate that has been exploited by other nations.
